Note that Asphalt Art has an aggressive adhesive to endure lots of heavy and fast-moving traffic, so is not suited for many soft surfaces such as vinyl flooring, painted or seals concrete, soft stones, most floor tiles, loose stones or render.
There are also some common-sense guidelines with the installation of such high-impact digital graphics:
- ensure that the surface is fully dry. If conditions are damp, use a hairdryer to dry the surface.
- clean the surface thoroughly. Use a scraper or shovel to loosen any grit. Any imperfection will be seen so also use a dry rag to remove any surface dust.
- peel the short edge of your adhesive backing first and apply using a stiff scrubbing brush.
