Pylon Signs
Use pylon signs to identify your property and powerfully reinforce your image. Architectural signs, in compliance with building standards, make your business highly visible.
Pylon and architectural signs are the quintessential ‘eye-catchers’. Tenant directories also help improve traffic flow by directing and informing customers.
To plan your large-scale sign, speak to one of our Project Management consultants to discuss your options.
How to Plan a Large Sign Project
Any major signage project involves planning and expert sign advice. This all takes time to coordinate, and with this in mind, our friendly team will be pleased to assist in coordinating your needs.
You will need a site plan that shows the location of the proposed sign, relative to boundaries and roads. We can usually provide a photographic mock-up of the new sign, which is a great aid in the approval process.
Signs over a set value (this also varies amongst councils) will need a building permit. To receive a building permit, you will need engineering computations from a registered structural engineer to prove that the proposed structure and footings (if required) are sound.
