Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween all you little haunters! Stay safe out there! Ready for a little Halloween history? Halloween has its roots in an ancient Celtic festival called Samhain, celebrated on November 1. People believed that on this day, the spirits of the dead returned to their homes. To protect themselves from these wandering souls, they would dress in costumes and light bonfires. Over time, this festival blended with other traditions, including Roman celebrations and Christian practices, evolving into the Halloween we know today. The custom of trick-or-treating and carving pumpkins also emerged from these ancient practices, making Halloween a fun mix of history and spooky fun! #signarama #Halloween #costumes #history #Samhain
