Signage Manufacturing Methods
Dye Sublimation
In dye sublimation, your artwork is printed onto transfer paper, then pressed onto polyester at high temperature. The heat turns the dye into gas which infuses into the fabric, so the design becomes part of the material rather than sitting on top. The result is vivid, consistent colour with fine detail and a soft hand feel that resists cracking and peeling.
This method excels on white or light coloured fabrics and supports full colour, including fluorescent, metallic and reflective effects. Prints are lightweight, foldable and easy to transport, which suits events, exhibitions and retail displays. With washable, low odour outputs and efficient production, dye sublimation is a practical choice for modern fabric signage.
