Lamination
Lamination adds a clear protective layer that enhances colour, resists wear and extends the life of your signage. Using thermal or pressure sensitive films, we seal and shield prints so they stay brighter and cleaner for longer, indoors and out.
Lamination is the process of applying a clear or semi-clear film over your print to protect it from UV, moisture, abrasion and handling. Thermal lamination uses heated rollers to bond a plastic film with resin adhesive to the surface, creating a smooth, durable finish as it cools. Pressure sensitive, or cold, lamination uses a self-adhesive film applied with a rolling machine, ideal for heat-sensitive graphics and substrates.
For wide format work we use flatbed laminating tables that keep large panels stable and dust free, which improves finish quality and speed. With options that include anti-graffiti and anti-microbial films, you can tailor protection to suit retail, transport, healthcare and outdoor environments while preserving colour accuracy and image detail.
