Melinda Wilson
Production Technician
Mel is a fully qualified signwriter having served her apprenticeship and working several years in the industry before pausing to have her 2 beautiful children. She's been working with us since 2017 and we couldn't be happier about it. She is ridiculously active with too many sports and activities to mention - there is no stopping her!
Andres Vanin
Designer
Andres joined our team to replace our designer of 10 years and he had some big boots to fill but Oh Boy did he fill them well! What Andres doesn't know about design isn't worth knowing. He is also a talented artist and keen photographer.
Darin Earwicker
Director/Operations Manager
Darin is one of those rare people - he has lived on the Gold Coast all his life so he has a great love and understanding of the area and it's people. He has been working in the sign industry for the past 16 years and there is very little he can't turn his hand to. He is a friendly and approachable guy who likes nothing better than to chat with his customers and come up with the best solutions for them.
Sue Earwicker
Owner/Administration
Sue began her journey into the sign industry along with husband Darin in 2006. Coming from a fashion background Sue was drawn to the industry because of the creative nature of it. She loves to see projects grow from a seed of an idea, through the design process and on to production ending in a beautiful and effective solution for clients to enhance and promote their business.
Stephen Threadgold
Production Manager
Stephen is a most valued member of our staff. He is tremendously skilled, unflappable, and will always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy with their signs and their deadlines are met. Originally from the UK Stephen loves the Gold Coast lifestyle and especially the beautiful Queensland weather! In his spare time you will often find him walking or cycling around catching some rays!
