• I’m not a graphic designer, do you offer design services?

  Absolutely, every Signarama store has a graphic design team on staff, with access to millions of images, templates and fonts to design your perfect sign.

• How long will my sign last?

  The durability of your sign depends on a number of factors, including whether it is installed indoor/outdoor, the usage of the sign, as well as any normal wear and tear. As part of our discovery process with you, we’ll ask lots of questions to make sure that we recommend the right materials that will meet your longevity and budgetary needs.

• How will I be sure that I’ll get the sign that I ordered?

  A critical part of our process is to provide you with a proof of your artwork before we go into production. We don’t start making anything until you’ve signed-off on your artwork. While we’d like to think that we’re perfect, we know we’re not always going to get the design right first time. So we’ll have a chance to do a revision or two before we go to production.

• Do you offer a contactless service?

  Yes, we can! We’ve all had to get used to doing things in new ways for the past couple of years, so we can offer a mixture of online meetings to discuss your requirements, contactless site visits, click-and-collect options and socially distanced install services.

• How long does it take to make my sign?

  Because every sign we make is custom, it really depends on the type of sign! Printed materials like banners, A-Frames and window graphics generally take between 7-10 business days from the time you sign off on your artwork approval. Manufactured signs like lightboxes, 3D lettering and pylon signs can take a bit longer.

• Can you project manage across multiple locations?

  That’s our biggest strength – with more than 100 locations across Australia, chances are wherever you need a sign, there’s a Signarama nearby. Our franchisees are skilled in being your ‘single point of contact’ to manage the signage needs across locations, and to activate our Signarama franchisees to assist with the local work on the ground.

• Can you install my signage?

  Of course, our service is right from imagination to installation! From your concept, through to design, manufacture and installation, we want you to be able to get back to running your business and let us worry about making your business look good.
