Our Terms & Conditions
Please review our payment terms, timelines, and policies before proceeding with your order.

We understand there may be cheaper options online, and we do our best to remain as competitive as possible. As a small business, we’re not always able to match the pricing of larger companies with greater buying power, but we pride ourselves on the quality of our work, personalised service, and supporting local.

Please Note: Credit card payments incur a 2.2% processing surcharge.
We do not accept cheque payments.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of work for all orders over $1,000 (AUD).

• For orders under $1,000 (AUD), full payment is required upfront.

• The balance is due no later than one (1) business day prior to installation or delivery.

Late Payment Policy

• Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of $50 or 20% of the total invoice amount (whichever is greater).

• This charge applies to the entire invoice amount (excluding GST).

• Signarama Castle Hill reserves the right to suspend production in the event of non-payment.

• Deposits will be retained to cover the cost of goods, materials, and labour already committed to the project.

Production Timelines

• Our standard production timeframe is 10–15 working days from the date of final approved artwork, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If you have a specific timeline in mind, please let us know early in the process so we can plan accordingly.

• For installations requiring council or development approvals (DA), it is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits.

• Signarama Castle Hill cannot be held responsible for delays or complications from unapproved or incomplete applications.

Artwork and Design Approval

• Signarama Castle Hill is not liable for errors in the final product where artwork proofs have been approved by the client.

• Please ensure all spelling, layout, dimensions, colours, and materials are thoroughly reviewed during the proofing process.

• Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional artwork fees.

• All client-supplied artwork must be provided as a print-ready file (high-resolution, correct format). If not, an artwork/design fee will be charged and included in your final invoice.

• Signarama Castle Hill is independently owned and operated.
