In collaboration with Armidale Regional Council and the New England Regional Art Museum (NERAM), Signarama Coffs Harbour was proud to design and manufacture custom-made metal illuminated lightboxes for the innovative Open Air Gallery in the heart of Armidale's East Mall. The project required a creative approach to design and specialist metal fabrication, producing durable, purpose-built lightboxes that beautifully showcase artworks while withstanding the demands of an outdoor public environment. The illuminated displays transform the East Mall into a vibrant, accessible outdoor gallery, allowing residents and visitors to experience the region's artistic talent both day and night. Designed to accommodate rotating exhibitions, the lightboxes provide a lasting platform to celebrate local artists, share regional stories and bring new life to the city centre. Another proud collaboration between Signarama Coffs Harbour and Armidale Regional Council, supporting Council's ongoing investment in revitalising the town and creating engaging public spaces that celebrate the region's unique identity.

We were incredibly proud to be awarded the signage tender for the Gumbaynggirr Keeping Place in Macksville, working alongside O'Donnell & Hanlon on a project of such cultural significance. Our involvement included: Installation of Architectural Corten steel panelling with structural PFC supports Custom 3D halo-illuminated signage Braille and accessible signage Window and wall graphics Interactive audio posts sharing the stories and meaning behind the artwork featured on the Corten steel panels Every element contributes to creating a welcoming, culturally safe and respectful environment, guiding visitors into a space that holds deep meaning for the community. The Coffs Harbour Chamber of Commerce Annual Corporate Golf Day was another stellar event, filled with plenty of laughs, great company, some impressive golf… and a few rounds that were definitely more memorable than magnificent!
