As we are full steam ahead making signs and wrapping vehicles for our clients, in the background the work continues on our new commercial signage fabrication facility in Wangara. The location is better suited to servicing all of our Perth Metro clients with better access to the freeway and more central than our current location. A purpose built area for wrapping cars has been built, and we now just need to clad this and get the floor painted. This will bring a top class, dust free environment for our wrap guru to continue delivering the very best quality of wraps available. Our print room is also nearing completion with temperature and humidity controlled to again, ensure the very highest print quality is achieved using the worlds most environmentally friendly printers. Stay tuned as we get this new facility up and running.

Our first week back from holiday has seen 3 full closed door colour change wraps completed on 3 vehicles as well as many other sign jobs completed and ready for installation. 2025 has started as busy as 2024 ended, maybe even busier. We are full swing into construction and fit-out of our new fabrication facility in Wangara. This facility will not be a sales location, but purely a signage fabrication and wrap facility with a purpose built, sealed and contained wrap bay with all the trimmings our wrap guru could dream of. We are putting in a paint booth, full fabrication area as well as a humidity and temperature controlled, dust free print room. All of this will only increase the quality and offerings we already handle, only better. With 3 new staff coming on board in the coming weeks, we are positioned perfectly to continue to service our regular and new clients. Our 2 stores at Joondalup and Midland will remain in the same locations as our sales and design locations. Our Midland store will retain the wrap bay, but our Joondalup stores wrap bay has been commandeered by our Fully Promoted store to handle their increased work load and this is why we are creating a state of the art wrap bay in Wangara, just 10 minutes down the road from Joondalup. Stay tuned for more pics of the new facility and more of the completed work as we push on towards a great year ahead. As many of you will have been waiting with great anticipation for the finished result, we thought we would make you all wait a few more days to see the end result (ok, I was just a bit busy to post it). After 3 solid weeks of scaffold hiding the work behind, we can finally reveal the end result. And what a difference. The pylon had been damaged by lightening and the screen was beyond repair. We spent many hours going back and forth with our customer to finally come up with the amazing looking pylon that they will be very proud of for many years to come. After installing the scaffold, we went to work on removing the digital screens and old light boxes. Then we measured and fabricated new support frames and clad the pylon. We then painted the whole pylon to give it a fresh new look. Prior to all of this, we manufactured 20 light boxes which were all finally installed and after re-commissioning, Waikiki Village Shopping Centre now has an awesome looking Pylon. If you want to get yourself an eye-catching pylon or need to have your current one updated, reach out to our team to discuss the next steps in getting it sorted in 2025. Previously we posted a photo about the lengths we go to for safety and to get the job done right. Today, 20 light boxes are being installed and here is a sneak peak of just a few. Being able to have your installers feet firmly on a hard surface helps when it comes to lifting up large light boxes onto the top of a pylon sign. The scaffold is booked to come down in the next few days and only then will the true length we went to to upgrade this pylon will be visible. Removal of 2 large digital screens damaged by a lightning strike, removal of other light boxes. Fabrication of new framework, cladding the entire sign, painting the entire sign and of course making 20 light boxes all to improve and bring a fresh new look to Waikiki Village Shopping Centre. If you have the need to upgrade your pylon sign or simply enquire about a whole new pylon for your business, give our team at Joondalup (08)9300 0254 or Midland (08)6151 6356 a call to book in one of our sales team to come out and discuss your businesses signage needs.

We recently manufactured and installed this entrance 3D Illuminated sign for Sheike at Whitfords Westfield Shopping Centre. What may look like a simple job, the space provided for the install frame and letters was a lot smaller than normal with only 20mm of space from the glass to the outer frame and the Centre management wishing to keep the entire sign inside the tenancies outer boundary. Oh, and we couldn't install the sign inside the glass!! After custom designing and making a special frame to attach the letters to and run the wiring inside of, we were able to complete this job without any impact on the branding. If you have a 3D illuminated sign project, or would simply like to get a quote to have your signage upgraded to 3D Illuminated, give our specialist sales team a call today to arrange a no-obligation site visit to discuss your wishes at Joondalup (08)9300 0254 or Midland (08)6151 6356.
