GENERAL ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
FOR ‘PRINT READY’ ARTWORK

To ensure your files are printed accurately, Signarama only accepts PDF
files for finished art that meet the following specifications:

Flattened artwork: All images embedded, all fonts converted to outline

Color conversion: All colors must be converted to CMYK. Note: RGB and Pantone colors will be automatically converted to CMYK.

Sizing and bleed: Artwork must be correctly sized with a minimum of 3mm external bleed. Recommended safe zone for print is 3mm in from all sides. 

Resolution: Recommended minimum resolution for images is 300dpi.

Die-cut line: Must be on a separate layer and be an outline only, with no fill.

Signarama cannot be held responsible for any work produced from artwork not submitted according to the specified terms. By placing orders with Signarama, you agree that all artwork is provided correctly and release and indemnify Signarama from any liability related to work affected by non-compliance with the required artwork terms.
