Transforming a Reception Space for The Hospital Research Foundation Group in Subiaco

First impressions matter, especially in a reception area. It is the first space visitors, staff, and stakeholders see, and it sets the tone for the entire environment. That is why we were proud to work on the new reception area for The Hospital Research Foundation Group in Subiaco, delivering signage that was both visually striking and aligned with the organisation’s identity. This project was all about creating a clean, professional, and welcoming space that reflects the important work The Hospital Research Foundation Group carries out across a number of health and research initiatives. Bringing the Brand into the Space A key feature of this project was the large reception sign, designed to create an immediate visual impact as visitors enter the space. Using a clear acrylic panel with dimensional branding elements, the finished sign gives the reception area a polished and modern look while reinforcing the organisation’s established brand. The result is simple, elegant, and highly effective — a strong brand presence without overwhelming the space. A Wall Display with Meaning In addition to the main reception signage, we also produced and installed a custom wall display highlighting the wider Hospital Research Foundation Group and its associated focus areas. This feature helps tell the story of the organisation and showcases the breadth of the causes and programs connected to its work. More than just a decorative element, the display adds meaning to the environment and gives visitors a better understanding of the foundation’s reach and impact. Designed for a Professional and Welcoming Environment When designing signage for reception and office spaces, it is important to balance functionality with aesthetics.
