Transforming Etan Health’s Office with Purposeful Signage

At Signarama Osborne Park, we recently completed a key signage project for Etan Health in Stirling. This wasn’t just about adding signs to walls—it was about helping the organisation bring its values, mission, and identity to life inside its workplace. Bringing Core Values Front and Centre In the main meeting room, we installed a striking Core Values glass graphic. Featuring icons for Integrity, Accountability, Respect, and Transparency, the design reflects the foundation of Etan Health’s culture. This installation ensures staff and visitors alike are constantly reminded of what drives the organisation forward. Creating a Culture Wall with Impact In another space, a halo-lit wall feature showcases workplace mottos like teamwork, respect, motivation, and communication. The warm glow not only draws attention but also reinforces the organisation’s commitment to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Telling the Story Behind the Logo We also produced a feature wall installation with Etan Health’s three-rock logo alongside an interpretation plaque. The rocks symbolise diversity, dignity, and support, capturing the organisation’s mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live life on their own terms. This thoughtful detail gives both staff and visitors a deeper appreciation for Etan Health’s purpose. More Than Signage For us, this project highlights how internal signage can do more than decorate—it can inspire, educate, and connect. By combining design with meaning, Etan Health now has an office space that not only looks professional but also communicates its heart and soul.
