Sky Sign Aland

Starting this year off on a high note! If you have ever thought what can Signarama Wollongong do, these new sky signs for Aland construction in Liverpool really show our capabilities! These were manufactured in-house. Made from aluminium pans with acrylic faces for LED illumination they were lifted using a specialty crane 23 stories high! The fabricated letters can be seen day and night even from the M5 motorway. The two "ALAND" signs are 12mW x 1.7mH. The steel frames were made in two halves and were joined on site prior to lifting the signs as a single piece. There is also two single "A's", one of which we needed the help of our regular abseil company #Rigcom. As you can imagine there was a number of hours involved with the project management of this job. From design and manufacture through to the logistics and installation Signarama Surry Hills and Signarama Wollongong did it all. #Aland is a large construction company who also sponsor the Parramatta Eels.
